A Seven goal thrill between the Ravens and Swallows saw the Ravens come out on top 4 - 3. Ana Abend gave the Ravens the lead in the 21st minute with a Field Goal, two minutes later it was 2 - 0 when Katie Masters scored from a Penalty Stroke. In the 28th minute the Swallows would pull a goal back when Annefa Burke scored from a Penalty Corner, in the 45th minute the score was level as Ciara Brady scored a Field Goal for the Swallows to make it 2 - 2. The Ravens would go back in front with a Penalty Corner goal off the stick of georgia Harris in the 48th minute, but one minute later Diane Moore scored a Field Goal for the Swallows to level the match again, but in the 66th minute Masters would score again this time a Field Goal which proved to be the winner.
Bluebirds 0 Longtails 4
The Longtails defeated the Bluebirds 4 - 0 in their match with 2 Field Goals off the stick of Laura Hope and single Field Goals from Connie Betts and Salina Whitter.
Canaries 11 Sandpipers 2
The Canaries got a hat-trick from Emily Simpson as they defeated the Sandpipers 11 - 2. Abigail MacEachin and Eshenne Coetzee both added two goals each, Elizabeth Duncan, Gracy Edy, Emily Birrell and Stephenie Sareen all added a goal each for the Canaries, while Cori Foggo and Kristina Head scored a goal each for the Sandpipers.
