Jeffrey Loper scored twice in regulation time for the Halifax Mooseheads, while Andrew Bonner added the other, while the Sarnia Sting got two goals from Ross Rufiange and a single strike from Christopher Scott as the game ended 3 - 3. In the Overtime period Bonner would add his second of the game to earn the Halifax Mooseheads the win.
