Tri City Americans 6 Halifax Mooseheads 4
Ten goals were scored in the opener as the Tri City Americans defeated the Halifax Mooseheads 6 - 4, Christopher Jackson scored four goals to lead the Tri City Americans, while Jacob Amlong and Josh Bush added a goal each, while Jeremy Estey scored twice for the Halifax Mooseheads, with Jeffrey Ingelman and Jeffrey Loper added a goal each.
Oshawa Generals 4 Sarnia Sting 5
A nine goal thriller followed game one as the Sarnia Sting edged the Oshawa Generals 5 - 4. The Sarnia Sting got single strikes from Ryan Pink, Adam Mattatall, Ross Rufiange, Jeff Morash and Felix Mill Plourde in the win, while Nathan Kowalski, Chris Allington, Joel Neal and Ian Guthro all scored a goal each for the Oshawa Generals.
Vancouver Giants 6 Gatineau Olympiques 1
The Vancouver Giants came away with a 6 - 1 win over the Gatineau Olympiques in the final game. Stephen Chin led the charge for the Vancouver Giants with a hat-trick, while Wayne Newhook, Aaron Cook and Kyle Chisholm all added a goal each, while the Gatineau Olympiques’ lone strike came off the stick of Christopher Merritt.
