Bermuda Girls Go Down Agai in Philadelphia
Members of the Bermuda Under 21 Women’s Field Hockey team had another clinic as their tour of Philadelphia continued.

The trip was made possible with the assistance from Digicel Bermuda, BTC Bermuda and Hamilton Re.

The team headed to Princeton for a morning session where they met up with Melissa Meccage. Meccage is the head coach of Princeton and former US National Team Player.

Meccage took the girls through some offensive drills. Also taking the session this morning was Tracey, former head coach of Columbia and also a former US National Team player.

Tracey put the girls through some more defensive drills. After the session the team was able to walk the campus and have lunch in downtown Princeton.

Afterwards it was time to go back to the pitch and get ready for their evening match with Spirits HC.

The girls used what they had learned in the morning to good use.

Bermuda scored in the first half, a pass down the right hand side saw Azari and Alex linked up to score.

Bermuda eventually gave up 2 penalty flicks and a final score of 5-1 the team held their heads up and did an awesome job.
