Bermuda 7s Select made it through to at the Bournemouth Rugby 7s Festival in the UK Plate Final.
Two Try’s from Henry Paddison, to go along with single Try’s from Jack Parsons, Dan Cole and Joe Tomalin-Reeves set-up a 33 - 12 Semi-Final win over the London Lemers.
In the Plate-Final Bermuda took on ‘Y Baabarriaid’ a Welsh based team from the South Wales Valleys. Unfortunately Bermuda faced a strong and aggressive Welsh side who totally dominated certain aspects of the game including the breakdown and tackle area. With referring decisions going against them and a determined opposition Bermuda’s successes of playing a free spirited, offloading game was totally destroyed 19 – 0 by the opposition .
