The Bermuda Rugby Football League Season resumed with action taking place at the Southampton Oval.
Women’s Division
The Teachers went down 26 – 0 to the Police, the Police got 2 Try’s from Estienne Coetzee and Jo Murray each and they got Conversion from Jo Murray and Fiona Donaldson.
The Renegades defeated the Mariners 27 – 0, Jackie Oliver led the way with 3 Try’s, while Amy Harvey and Maeve Dillon added a Try each and Laura Mulligan kicked a Conversion.
Men Division:
In the opener the Teachers went down 24 – 14 to the Police, the Police got 2 Try’s from Stephan Smit, while Nick Pell and Dan Cole added a Try each, they also got 2 Conversion from Jayde Annandale. Tashon DeSilva scored 2 Try’s for the Teachers, while the Conversions were kicked by Mikle Dill.
The Renegades defeated the Mariners 61 – 5, Alex Brown, Jahan Cedenio and Charles Craigs all scored 2 Try’s each for the Renegades, while Tom Healy, Ndavyah Williams and Paul Kelly all added a Try each, while they got 8 Conversions kicked by Paul Kelly.
