Jamin Hodgkins represented Canada’s Men’s Under-18 Red Team in a Round Robin Tournament in San Diego against the USA.
Hodgkins presently attends Shawnigan Lake School in British Columbia.
In their opening game Canada’s Under-18 Red Team lost to USA Blue 40 - 13. Takoda McMullin kicked two Penalties in the first half for the Canadian Under-18 Red Team. Late in the second Ciaran Breen broke the USA line and scored a try for Canada’s Under-18 Red Team, with Hodgkins kicking the Conversion.
In their second game Canada’s Under-18 Red Team and the USA Red team finished deadlocked at 20 – 20. Opening up the scoring was Canada's Colin Rolph with a Try, Hodgkins followed that up with the Conversion and a Penalty Kick. Ciaran Breen scored his second Try of the tournament before USA answered back with a Try just before the half.
Jacob Bossi scored off a driving maul in the second half, tying the game at 20 all.
