Erica Hawley is looking forward to her 2020 season, she is working to balance both school and some World Cup events.
Hawley in a sitdown interview with www.islandstats.com said, “I am really working towards 2024 Olympic Games, but if the chance to compete in 2020 comes it would be a bonus.”
Hawley said, “2019 had is challenges, I had some good performances and some not so good performances which put me down, but I raced in the later part of the year and that performance re-energized me in the sport.”
“Next year I am hoping to be doing Triathlons full time and I am hoping that Bermuda will host more WTS events, as I was on the sideline when Flora Duffy won the first event here and I would love to be a part of it once I am done with school,” concluded Hawley.
