Jonathan Herring and Karen Smith are the 2017 Bank of Bermuda Foundation Triathlon Male and Female Champions.
Herring made a triumphant return to action and he had to work hard to capture the win.
After clocking a Swim time of 10:36, Herring made up some time on the Bike Course clocking 31:49, before closing out with a Run time of 19:00, to clock an overall time of 1:02:19.
Erik Soria was second in 1:02:28, he was covered the Swim in a time of 9:42, before recording a time of 31:55 on the Bike and closed out clocking 19:30 on the Run course and Neil
De Ste Croix rounded out the top three Individual finishers clocking a time of 1:03:45.
Smith finished 6th overall with a time of 1:06:46, she was out of the Swim in 11:39, she had a very strong Bike course time of 34:15 and she closed out with a Run course time of 19:45, finishing 19th overall was the second female finisher Melissa Logie who recorded a time of 1:12:26, clocking 13:42 on the Swim, 37:45 on the Bike and 21:58 on the Run, Laura Norman was the third female finisher and 25th overall with a time of 1:14:34.
