Fourteen Triathletes from Bermuda finished the Chattanooga Ironman 70.3 event.
Phil Mace and Ashley Estwanik finished as the top two performers.
Mace finished 2nd in the Mens 40-44 Age Group with a time of 4:07:04 which was also put him across the line 29th overall. Mace clocked a time of 15:34 on the Swim, before clocking a time of 2:19:02 on the Bike Course and then he closed out with a Run Course time of 1:26:58.
Estwanik was also on the podium when she finished 3rd in the Women’s 40-44 Age Group stopping the clock in a time of 4:26:32. Estwanik exited the water from the Swim with a time of 16:17, she was clocked at 2:34:05 on the Bike Course and then 1:30:26 on the Run Course.
Geoff Smith was 11th in the Men’s 50-54 Age Group with a time of 4:29:05, while Alex Kronenburg competing in the Men’s 35-39 Age Group finished 33rd clocking 4:38:52.
Alison Petty finished 15th competing in the Women’s 35-39 Age Group with a time of 4:45:20
Alex Shepherd competing in the Men’s 45-49 Age Group finished 42nd with a time of 4:54:13, while Louise Wells finished 24th competing in the Women’s 40-44 Age Group stopping the clock in a time of 4:58:15.
Steve O’Reilly’s time of 5:06:16 put him across the line 45th in the Men’s 50-54 Age Group, while Aine O’Sullivan finished the Women’s 25-29 Age Group 21st clocking a time of 5:10:29.
Claire McDevitt was competing in the Women’s 40-44 Age Group finished 36th with a time of 5:14:16, while Joel Matthews finished 96th competing in the Men’s 35-39 Age Group stopping the clock in a time of 5:17:15.
Melissa Logie’s time of 5:21:59 saw her finish the Women’s 30-34 Age Group 21st, with Liz Stewart finishing 29th competing in the Women’s 45-49 Age Group with a time of 5:23:19.
Jen Wilson stopped the clock in a time of 5:25:23 on her way to finishing 46th competing in the Women’s 40-44 Age Group, while Dianna White competing in the Women’s 30-34 Age Group finished 25th with a time of 5:26:30 and Deanna Didyk finished the Women’s 45-49 Age Group 65th with a time of 5:52:48.
