Bermuda Young Triathlete Tyler Smith is close to being fully recovered from the foot injury as he prepares to head to Barbados for the 2017 Bridgetown CAMTRI Sprint Triathlon American Cup and Central American and Caribbean Championship.
Smith competed in the Bermuda Digicel TriFest & ITU Continental Cup event, but he was unable to complete the race due to an injury, that he says is close to being 100%.
Smith will take to the course in Barbados to compete in a 750m Swim that has a Beach Start.
He and his competitors will then complete a 5 lap 20K Bike Course before closing out with a 2 lap 5K run on a flat course.
