Meanwhile 13 year old Nick Pilgrim produced an outstanding performance competing in the FI Series for Juniors aged 12-16.
Pilgrim finished 13th overall with a time of 33:12.2, he was the 2nd 12-13 year old overall, with the top 6 spots taken by 15-16 year olds.
Pilgrim covered the 375m Swim in a time of 5:26, he then clocked a time of 16:04 during the 10K Draft Legal Bike and he closed out the 2.5K Run with a time of 9:48.
