Flora Duffy was crowned the Fedhealth Xterra Grabouw Female Champion for the third year in a row.
Duffy who finished 8th overall clocked a winning time of 2:39.08, Carina Wasle was the second female finisher and 24th overall with a time of 2:56.06 and Susan Sloan was the third female finisher and 27th overall with a time of 2:57.32.
Duffy covered the 1.5km Swim in a time of 20:55, she then covered the 28km Mountain Bike Course in a time of 1:47:12, before closing out the 12.5km Run Course in 51:07.
