Flora Duffy on her Blog stated 2015 was my best season to date. Duffy claimed a Bronze Medal at the Pan America Games in Toronto, Bermuda’s first Medal in a Major event for many Years, she also secured Olympic Qualification and defended her Xterra World Title in Maui.
Duffy raced in a few new countries, established herself as a force to be reckoned with both in the traditional Triathlon and the Off Road Circuit.
In January, Duffy put in the Long base miles in South Africa, February she was back to racing, competing in the Xterra Philippines and Xterra South Africa.
