Edney produced a strong first Ironman performance taking 8th place in the Female 50-54 Age Group. Edney recorded a Swim time of 1.16.51, she then clocked 6.46.52 on the Bike Course, before closing out with a time of 4.53.43 on the Run Course for an overall time of 13.13.43.
Lupsic and Wilcox both broke 10 hours in very competitive Age Groups.
Mark Wilcox finished 8th in the Men’s 45-49 Age Group and 109th overall, Wilcox clocked 1.03.49 on the Swim Course, 5.18.31 on the Bike Course and then closed out with a time of 3.18.59 on the Run Course for an overall time of 9.48.58.
Lupsic finished 39th in the Men’s 35-39 Age Group and 141st overall after clocking a time of 9.56.03, this after completing the Swim in 1.10.02, covering the Bike Course in 5.20.17 and 3.14.57 on the Run Course.
