Karen Smith has qualified for the 2014 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Mont Tremblant.
Competing in the Timberman Ironman 70.3 in New Hampshire, Smith won the Women’s 45-49 Age Group Division by 23 minutes over her nearest rival Jennifer Ajersch from the USA.
Smith clocked an overall time of 4:54.48, she clocked a time of 30:58 on the Swim before recording a time of 2:43.43 on the Bike, she then covered the Run Course in a time of 1:37:01.
