Bermuda’s Noah Browne and Micah Franklin have advanced to the Final Qualifying Round of the Life Time Florida Open 2016.
Franklin received a First Round Qualification BYE, while Browne took on Toumas Hakkinen from Finland.
Browne who has been working on his game over the last few month’s defeated his opponent 3 - 1.
Browne won game one in a battle 12 - 10, but he would fall 11 - 3 in game two. Browne would regroup and defeat Hakkinen 11 - 8 in game three before closing out the match winning game for 11 - 5.
Franklin is set to take on the number six seed qualifier Canadian Joshua Hollings and Browne will face off against David Cromwell the 5th seed qualifier from the United States of America.
