The Bermuda Junior National Squash Team is heading to Jamaica to compete in the Junior Caribbean Squash Championships July 19th to 27th. The Junior Boys pulled off a 3rd place finish behind Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago last year. The Junior Girls look to improve upon their placing this year. The teams placed 4th overall last year.
The Bank of Bermuda Foundation generously supports the Junior National team traveling to the Caribbean Championships as well as the Canadian Junior Open which will be held during December in Niagara-on-the-lake, Ontario.
The junior program at Bermuda Squash Racquets Association (BSRA) also holds an annual squash-a-thon as a fundraiser for both trips.
The team is comprised of Olivia Lindsey, Dylan Pratt, Tiye Williams, Ryan Hopkins, Emma Keane, DíVario Thompson, Alex Marshall, Noah Browne, Alyssa Brewer and Beau Orchard.
