 Validus Re have organized for technical staff of Premier League club AFC Bournemouth to visit Bermuda and hold a training camp for a selection of Bermuda players during the school break October 24th – 28th.
Bournemouth’s aim is to work with the players during the week and then select 2 players for an expense paid trip to train at the Bournemouth Academy for one week.
The initiative is open to selected players from a cross section of youth programs.
The initiative is also open to coaches who want to gain experience by shadowing and assisting the Bournemouth Academy coaches.
There will be four age categories (Under 10, Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16) plus a goalkeeping category.
The Under 14 and Under 16 categories will consist of players from the BFA National Academy program.
The camp details are as follows:
