 Bermuda Football Association Referee's Committee Crensten Williams, provided www.islandstats.com with an update on tge performance of Two Bermuda Referee officials who took part in the CONCACAF Under 15 Girls Tournament that concluded recently.
Williams said, “I am pleased to report that Antoine Augustus and Tashun Simons performed quite admirably at the recently concluded CONCACAF Under 15 Championships.”
The pair performed Assistant Referee duties in three matches, the highlight match being USA vs Mexico match.
“The Officials had to be up at 6:30am every morning to undergo fitness drills and in the afternoons they had to analyze and critique matches,” continued Williams.
“The two officials were very thankful for being afforded the opportunity and thanked the BFA Refereeing Committee for supporting them in this endeavor. Hopefully this can be a platform to encourage more persons to become officials,” concluded Williams.
