The Premier, David Burt and the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sport, Owen Darrell were on hand at the L.F. Wade International Airport to greet the Bermuda Under-14 Boys National Team as they returned home after an exceptional journey in the 2024 Caribbean Football Union Tier II Challenge Series.
Despite a narrow loss in penalties in the finals, young team showcased incredible skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
Minister Darrell stated, “I want to thank everyone for making this a memorable homecoming for these young athletes who have made us all proud.
Together, we have shown our young men that Bermuda stands behind them—today and always.”
