Second-half goals from Ash Clarke and Remy Rees-Dottin saw AFC Bournemouth open their Professional Development League campaign with a 2-0 win over Sincere Hall and his Hull City teammates.
Bournemouth dominated for long periods at Wimborne Town’s Wyatt Homes Stadium and deservedly took the lead just 39 seconds after half-time.
Clarke, who recently penned his first professional contract, celebrated by finishing with aplomb into the bottom corner, the frontman adding to his double in a pre-season friendly against Southampton.
And Rees-Dottin, who graduated alongside Clarke from the under-18s last season, doubled their advantage when he netted from close range on the hour.
