Nia Christopher and her Towson Women's Soccer teammates remained unbeaten in league play with a 3 - 0 win against UNCW. Towson improved their unbeaten streak to nine games with the win and posted their fourth straight shutout.
Jasmine Hamid, Phoebe Canoles, and Christopher each recorded goals with Riley Melendez recording another shutout.
Up 2 – 0, Christopher closed the door with her 10th goal of the season in the 86th minute off passes from Phoebe Canoles and Maja Hansson.
Towson has two double-digit goal scorers with Hamid at 11 goals and Christopher at 10 this season. Christopher has now scored double-digit goals in three straight seasons.
