Bermuda Sports International announced the winners of The Digicel Bermuda Triangle Cup 2022 which concluded recently.
The Hurricanes coached by Marvin Belboda were crowned Champions by defeating the National Academy Under 17 team 4 - 2 in a very exciting, well played final.
Organizers extended a thank you to Stephen Murad and the Digicel staff for ensuring that the tournament was a success. Also, the Bermuda Football Association for their support from the planning stages of the tournament.
Thanks also must go to Minister Dr. Ernest Peets for his unwavering support of not just the tournament but also sports promotion in Bermuda.
Thank you to Crenstant Williams and the Bermuda Referees Association for officiating the matches. Mr. Charlie Marshall thank you for your support in ensuring that we have official referees and match commissioners for each match.
Thanks to the teams, FC Bascome, Hurricanes, National Academy Under 15 and National Academy Under 17 for playing very good football over the 3 days of the Tournament.

Also present at the Tournament was a representative from DC United and Prospect2Player.
Twite will be invited to DC United for a trial period at a time that will be agreed by all parties.
Also from the tournament, an All-Star team will be chosen to travel to the DC United Academy in early July 2023.
