Two goals in three second-half minutes saw West Bromwich Albion defeat Ajani Burchall and his Aston Villa teammates in the Under-18 Premier League action.
Reyes Cleary scored from the penalty spot to give West Bromwich the lead after 72 minutes.
And soon after, Fenton Heard wrapped up the win to send Aston Villa, who finished the game with ten men after Finley Munroe’s sending off, home empty-handed.
After a scoreless first half, Aston Villa had a glorious chance go begging when Chisom Afoka failed to make contact with Burchall’s cross, which skidded across the face of the goal.
