Sincere Hall came off the bench but he could not help his Hull City Under 23 teammates from falling 2 – 0 to Sheffield United.

Zak Brunt converted from the penalty spot in the 41st minute to give Sheffield United the lead, after the referee awarded a spot-kick following a foul on Frankie Maguire.
Hall entered the game in the 66th minute, seven minutes later a good interception saw Hull City quickly break as Josh Hinds plays a good one-two with Hall before firing a left-footed chance over the bar.
But Sheffield United double their lead through Regan Slater.
