Jai Bean and his No. 24 Duke University Men’s Soccer teammates suffered its first loss of the season in dramatic fashion, dropping a 1-0 decision in double overtime to Seattle at Koskinen Stadium.
Seattle's Alex Acton-Petronotis scored the game-winner in the 106th minute, ending the Blue Devils' shutout streak at 375 minutes and 31 seconds.

LeiLanni Nesbeth and her top-ranked Florida State Women's Soccer teammates dominated in-state foe, Florida Gulf Coast 4-0 in Fort Myers.
With goals from Kirsten Pavlisko, Emily Madril, and Emma Bissell Florida State held a 3 – 0 lead, Nesbeth finished off the game and made it 4-0 in the 76th minute with her first goal of the season on an assist by Jody Brown. Brown received a pass on a run into the right side of the box and slid a pass into the middle of the field to Nesbeth on the run. Nesbeth hit a one-timer right into the back of the net.

In a battle between California's top teams, Mia Fishel and her No. 4 UCLA defeated No. 8 Santa Clara, the defending NCAA champions, 1-0, at UCLA's Wallis Annenberg Stadium.
Sophomore forward Reilyn Turner scored the game's only goal, in the first half.
Nia Christopher
Nia Christopher scored her seventh goal in as many games as the Towson University Women's Soccer team shut out George Washington 1 - 0 to extend its unbeaten streak to four games.
Towson and George Washington went back and forth in the first half, with Christopher netting a second-chance shot in the 42nd minute to give Towson University the lead at the break. Towson University held the lead throughout the second half to earn the victory.
