Ayleal Dill, Seke Spence, Mazhi Simmons, and their Ilkeston Town’s Under 23 teammates continued their NSL Cup campaign at Awsworth Villa, picking up a 2 – 0 win.
Ilkeston took the lead in the 23rd minute when Jamie Williamson found Mitch Tait who put the ball across to Lamin Manneh, Manneh’s shot was saved by the goalkeeper but Dill is there to tap home the rebound.
The second goal came in the 90th minute, the ball was played over the top to Manneh, he took it a round the keeper and slotted the ball into an open net.
