Since breaking his leg in the Bermuda School Sports Federation’s Senior School Boy’s Final at the National Sports Center, Cedarbridge Academy student Jahkeylo Burgess has had a steady stream of well-wishers visit him at the King Edward Memorial Hospital.
One of those well-wishers was his cousin Edry Moore, who was involved in the tackle that resulted in the injury.
Moore, who was playing for the Berkeley Institute, was accused of making a two-footed tackle breaking his cousins leg in two places by another media, but www.islandstats.com photo shows Moore with only one foot into the tackle with the other dragging behind when the contact was made.
