Marco Warren's goal in the 67th minute broke a 1-all tie and gave Flagler College a 2-1 win over the University of North Carolina Pembroke in a Peach Belt Conference Men's Soccer match at Varsity Grounds.
Flagler improved to 8-4-1 overall and concluded its Peach Belt record at 7-2-0. UNC Pembroke fell to 5-7-2 overall and 1-5-2 in conference play.
Warren was inside the box when he received a pass from Jonny Cosgrove from the right side. Warren was situated just a couple of yards in front of the goal.
Jackie Kay scored his fourth goal of the season to give Flagler a 1-0 lead. He headed in Cosgrove's free kick in the 35th minute.
Tyler Santee tied the match when his header found the back of the net in the 59th minute.
