Zeiko Lewis and his Boston College Men’s Soccer teammates go down in Double Overtime at Louisville 2 – 1.
Junior Lewis scored his fifth goal of the season, he led the offense with three shots. Sophomore Cedric Saladin had nine saves, including seven in the second half.
Just two minutes into the match, Louisville struck, Andrew Brody scored off a header from a cross by Danny Reynolds. It was Brody's third goal of the season.
Boston College tied the game in the 87th minute when Lewis scored off a pass from Trevor Davock. Davock had a throw in to the right of the box and Lewis one-timed it into the near post for his fifth goal of the season.
Louisville scored the game-winning goal four minutes into overtime when Jack Gayton scored his first goal of the season. Gayton's shot was from 22 yards out into the inside right post for the win.
