Dale Eve and his Stoke City teammates unbeaten start to the season in the Barclays Under 21 Premier League came to an end with defeat at Swansea.
Eve and his teammates travelled to South Wales looking to build on a goalless draw against Aston Villa and a 1-0 win over Wolves in their last outing.
However, Stoke were beaten 2-0 at Landore, with Oliver McBurnie scoring both goals for the home side.
He opened the scoring after just 10 minutes as he fired past goalkeeper Dale Eve from a corner, before doubling his side’s early lead in the second half as he latched onto a ball from Daniel Jones and turned his man before finishing with a aplomb.
