A day after bringing you the Bermuda athletes competing in the World Kickboxing and Karate Association World Championships in Prestatyn, Wales, which has now seen the print media try and play catch-up, we can now bring you the news that Bermuda has won a Gold Medal.
Kallan Todd on a Gold Medal in the Male 16 – 17-year-old +95.1kg (209lbs) K1 Division, Todd defeated Te Au Pounama Warren, from New Zealand, by a Unanimous Decision.
Unfortunately, Che Durham went down in a Split Decision to Andre Luckert from Germany.
