Premier David Burt and the Minister of Sports Lovitta Foggo today presented cheques to Community Clubs funds out of the Confiscated Asset Funds and from Capital Development.
Eight clubs received a total of $223,500.00 dollars, the Premier indicated that an invitation was extended to members of the OBA, but they were unable to make it.
Three clubs were awarded $50,000.00, while one club received $36,000.00, three clubs received $12,500.00 and one club received $10,000.00.
