Forbes.com are reporting, Luis Suarez will not begin negotiating with other clubs until his exit from FC Barcelona has been confirmed, a report claims.
Last Monday, while on vacation with his family in Bermuda, Suarez received a call from new head coach Ronald Koeman who told him that he is surplus to requirements at the Camp Nou and should seek pastures new.
It is believed that this might have been the final straw for captain Lionel Messi, who on the following evening sent a burofax communicating his desire to end a 20-year relationship with the Catalans that could be headed to the courts.
Back to the Uruguayan, he continues, unlike Messi, to be the model professional. He has already reported for coronavirus tests on Sunday at the club’s Joan Gamper CT, and is also expected to attend training on Monday.
His close Argentine friend, on the other hand, has already confirmed he will be a no show and faces disciplinary action.
