Trey Simons grabbed the top spot and three other Morehouse College Cross Country runners finished in the Top 10, to give Morehouse, a season-low 27 points and a convincing win in the Willie Laster Invitational Cross Country meet.
Simons ran the course in 27:42.03 ahead of Zachary Johnson, of Albany State.
Collins Kiplimo clocked 27:47.06 to finish in third, followed by John Milton, in fourth, at 28:01.45.
In the twelfth overall spot, Qaseen Wajd, crossed the line, in 29:35.25 and Davin Hawkins slid in for the final Morehouse scoring spot, at 30:14.14.
Brandon Falkquay, Jeremmy Ronoh, Dobbin Bookman and Jourdan Wright also ran for Morehouse and finished in that order.
Host Albany State took second ahead of Edward Waters, Fort Valley State, Paine and South Georgia College.
