NAHKI WELLS
Jackson Irvine scored a dramatic goal in the sixth minute of stoppage time as Burton secured an unlikely 1-0 victory at Nahki Wells and his promotion-chasing Huddersfield teammates.
The Australian international came off the bench in the second half and was in the right place to claim a precious three points.
Wells started the match on the bench, but was introduced to the game in the 55th minute.
RAI SIMONS
Rai Simons and his Chesterfield teammates battled to a creditable draw with promotion chasing Bolton Wanderers and ended a run of successive defeats.
The away side were fantastic in the first half and had three big chances to take the lead. Bolton improved in the second half and nearly won it right at the death, with the Spireites having to survive the last couple of minutes with ten men as Jon Nolan was sent off, but Gary Caldwell’s team deserved their draw.
REGGIE LAMBE
Reggie Lambe and his Carlisle United teammates ended a seven-match winless run in Sky Bet League Two with a 2-0 victory at Yeovil.
John O'Sullivan lifted the visitors into an early advantage while Lambe struck after the interval to ensure a miserable afternoon for Yeovil in which their midfielder Ben Whitfield was also shown a straight red card.
Lambe was played in behind in the 55th minute and although Artur Krysiak saved the winger's first effort, he turned it in at the second attempt.
