The Bermuda Gymnastics Association (“BGA”), Registered Charity #296, will be hosting its 6th Annual International Gymnastics Challenge on Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th at the National Training Center, St. David’s.
The BGA is eager to welcome 86 gymnasts from the United States of America and Canada for a weekend of spectacular gymnastics, friendship and enjoying all that the island has to offer.
The competition will showcase Bermuda’s very best gymnasts ages 6-22.
All of the athletes participating are dedicated student athletes who devote up to twenty hours per week to the sport, and this annual meet is a great way for the Bermuda community to come together and support them!
BGA is pleased to welcome the following teams to Bermuda:
Flyers Academy from Hammonton, New Jersey Gym Nation from Riverhead, New York Hill’s Gymnastics from Deer Park, New York KMC, from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania NYC Elite from New York City, New York Sagamore Gymnastics from Syosset, New York Westys Gymnastics from Franklin, New Jersey The competition will take place over 1½ days as follows:
Friday, November 11th 2:00 pm – 7:00pm “Cooper Level” (Beginner gymnasts) and All Boys Levels Saturday, November 12th 8:45 am – 3:00 pm “Bronze Level” (Intermediate gymnasts) 3:45 pm -7:00 pm “Silver, Gold and Platinum Levels” (Advanced gymnasts) Admission is $10 adults, $5 children 16 under and children 5yrs under and Seniors are free.
