IslandStats.com
The number of young Bermudian Cricketers playing in England has increased by one with PHC youngster Charles Trott Jr heading off to play cricket with Oxtead Cricket Club also training alongside Surrey's Professional Cricketers.

Seventeen year old Trott was spotted by Bermuda National Team World Cup wicketkeeper Dean Minors 2 years ago when he played against him in a Twenty20 match at Somerset Cricket Club.

Trott has since played in some 36 Fifty Over matches and 4 Twenty20 matches, over that period he is ranked 3rd in his team.

Trott has 475 total runs at an average of 14.84 in the fifty over games, while he averages 16.33 in the Twenty20 matches, he has a highest score of 58 in the Fifty Overs and 42 in the Twenty20.

In the Fifty Over matches, Trott has bowled 218.4-22-947-53, with his best being 4-30 and he has bowled 14-0-105-4 in the Twenty20 with his best being 2-23.

This opportunity to travel was all orchestrated by Minors and strongly supported by PHC Incorporated and the PHC Foundation.

Trott is extremely thankful for this opportunity and would like to thank Dean Minors, PHC Incorporated, The PHC Foundation, his Coaches at PHC and ultimately his family for all their love and support over the years.

As we do with all the youngsters who inform us that they are moving onto bigger things we will keep you informed on Trott’s performances.
