There is still fallout from the Bermuda – French Guiana match that took place at the National Sports Center on Saturday March 26th, that the Bermuda Football Association President and CONCACAF President Larry Mussenden has refused to address.
Mussenden was sent question on Sunday and has since not replied, but has appeared on SportMax in Jamaica as he has started his campaign for support for the position that also comes with a FIFA Vice President post.
www.islandstats.com sent the following questions.
1. In any other stadium around the world Football Fans who invade the pitch are escorted off the grounds and even arrested, what does the Bermuda Football Association have in place with the Bermuda Police Service to that regard and are announcements made in the Stadium informing spectators the rules before or during the game or are rules printed about invading the pitch on the tickets?
2. There was a gentleman I have his details, but let’s call him the gentleman filming and broadcasting from the National Sports Center, I asked him if he had obtained a work permit to do such and he said no, so my question to the Bermuda Football Association, did this gentleman have a work permit required by the Bermuda Government to do that have a work permit or did the Bermuda Football Association knowingly allow this to happen without it?
3. Why was there no correspondence with the LOCAL Media regard the match and where we would be stationed? (Again it would appear that the Foreign media were taken care of as I made mention before when Bermuda played Trinidad, Bermuda media was not allowed to broadcast from the stadium, but the Trinidad media was allowed.)
