A group of former Women Footballers have formed a Group in a bid to get Women's Football back to an all high standard.
One of the organizers Cheyra Bell said, “The plan is to get as many females as possible back out in some capacity.”
The first Female Open kick will take place Monday October 12th at the BFA Field from 6:00-8:00pm.
Bell continued, “The Short term goal is to have these kicks, long term goal is to create a league for upcoming female players.”
Bell concluded, “If we accomplish this, we are well on our way to improving the game on island.”
