Richard Todd the Bermuda Football Association’s National Academy Director released a statement.
Todd’s statement reads, “The Bermuda Football Association is very pleased to announce the training squad that has been assembled in preparation for 2018 World Cup qualifying. The BFA is pleased to have a balanced mixture of local and overseas players. The preparation work continues with an orientation meeting for all players 8pm tomorrow, Monday January 5th at the Devonshire Recreation Club and training on Wednesday January 7th at the BFA field – Players should arrive by 6:30pm.”
A 55 player list was also sent out, with 28 of the players based off island.
10 of the players are either Professional or Semi-Professional, while 18 others are attending school.
