Bermuda's Brazilian Football School (BBFS) via a generous donation, have provided and decorated a Christmas Tree, to the Gosling Ward at the King Edward Memorial Hospital.
The tree was decorated by members, parents and friends of BBFS to offer the spirit of Christmas to the young patients. BBFS encourages our member to play an active role in our community and we look forward to making this an annual event.
Christine Virgil - Clinical Director - Maternal Child - Bermuda Hospitals Board said, "We are delighted that the Brazilian Football School decided to bring some Holiday cheer to the children and their families on Gosling Ward. On behalf of BHB we would like to thank them for your generosity and kindness. As a Parent of a child who attended your program, please continue to guide these young men to greatness.
BBFS CEO Cal Blankendal said, “BBFS is pleased to provide a Christmas tree for the young patients housed on the Gosling Ward. Due to the generous donation from friends of BBFS, we have been able provide some festive cheer to both the staff and patients.”
