The Skippy KICK Martial Arts event celebrated its 27th Edition at St. John’s Sunday School in Pembroke, with some excellent performances although competitor numbers were small.
Junior Grand Champions were Stevonte Young in the Novice Boys Division, Kentaro Bean in the Intermediate Boys Division, Keenan Smith in the Weapons Division and Ryley Mason.
Adult Black Belt Grand Champions were Garon Wilkinson for Empty Hand and Anthony Leader for Weapons. Andrea McKey was unopposed for both Forms and Weapons in the Women’s Division.
