Kamau Leverock and his Horsham Cricket Club 1st XI teammates won the toss in their ECB National Club Championship Group 11 Semi Final match against Havant Cricket Club 1st XI and decided to bat.
Horsham scored 149/9 in their allotted 45 overs, Leverock was the top scorer with 31, he faced 37 balls hitting 3 sixes and 1 four, Sam Attfield chipped in with 29 not out.
In reply Havant scored 150/6 in 42.3 overs. Leverock grabbed two of the first three wickets and had Havant 24/3, but they were able to steady the ship and win with 15 balls to spare. Leverock finished with figures of 7.3-0-22-2.
