Three Clubs rolled back the years to assist a former player and take part in the Friendship Triangular Charity – Stephen Dickinson Football Match. The three club Presidents, Neil Paynter - St. George’s Cricket Club, Sherwin Dill - North Village and Ray Jones – Devonshire Colts presented Dickinson with a cheque of $3,000.00.
The St. George’s Colts, Devonshire Colts and the North Village Rams players of yesteryears took to the Bernard’s Park field recently to help Dickinson with medical costs.
In the days first match in front of a large crowd saw the Devonshire Colts and the North Village Rams end scoreless.
In the second match of the afternoon, Shaun Goater gave the North Village Rams the lead, but his goal was cancelled out by a Cal Raynor goal for the St. George’s Colts as this game ended 1 – 1.
In the final game of the day the Devonshire Colts and the St. George’s Colts played to a 1 – 1 draw. Devonshire Colts went ahead through an own goal, but Dickinson equalized for the St. George’s Colts.
