Shelley Pearson and her Harvard University Women’s Rowing Varsity Eight Teammates have been drawn in a pretty tough heat following the NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Committee that announced the teams that will compete in the 2012 NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing Championships.
Harvard has been drawn in their heat against Virginia, Washington, Yale and Brown.
The championships will be held May 25th – 27th at Lake Mercer in West Windsor, N.J., with the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and Rider serving as hosts.
The team championship is composed of 16 teams and each team is required to field two boats of eight rowers and one boat of four rowers.
