 Carlos Lee, Chef de Mission of Team Bermuda for Rio 2016 has announced that, “On behalf of the Bermuda Olympic Association, I am pleased to announce that Tyrone Smith (Athletics - Men's Long Jump) has been appointed our flag bearer for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games Opening Ceremonies tomorrow evening.”
“At 32 years old (the elder statesman of our team!!) this is the third successive Olympic Games that he has qualified for and I believe he's earned the right to carry the flag and proudly lead our team into the Rio 2016 Olympic Games,” concluded Lee.
