NAHKI WELLS

A goal apiece in the second half earned Nahki Wells and his Bristol City teammates and Fulham a share of the spoils at Ashton Gate.

Wells, who in the matchday programme has discussed his desire to find his goalscoring form, headed City in front with his second strike in City colors.

It had Lee Johnson’s men on course to return to the top six, but Niki Mäenpää produced the goods to deny Bobby Decordova-Reid on his return to BS3, Tom Cairney’s effort with six minutes remaining drew Fulham level.

NATHAN TROTT

With Nathan Trott and unused substitute his Wimbledon teammates had to settle for a point against a Bolton side that belied their bottom of the table position.

In a game of few chances, Bolton provided stubborn resistance with former Wimbledon loanee Ryan Delaney at the heart of their defense and the match ended 0-0.

JONTE SMITH

Smith came off the bench as Cheltenham Town drew 0-0 with promotion rivals Port Vale at the Jonny-Rocks stadium in a high-temper affair in League Two.

Substitute Smith had a golden chance with five minutes to go, the ball falling to him after Will Boyle knocked it on from the corner, however the striker could only turn it wide well inside the six-yard area.

Southport took the lead in the 19th minute when David Morgan scored, Keith Lowe equalized for Kidderminster in the 24th minute. Ashley Hemmings scored what proved to be the winner in the 68th minute.
