Bermuda Football Association President Mark Wade took time out to talk to www.islandstats.com about CONCACAF Club Championships, UEFA Invite, Nations Cup as well as Youth Tournaments and the End of Year Awards.
On the CONCACAF Club Championships Wade said, “The biggest obstacle for our clubs is cost, but we are always looking at ways to help to ensure we can get some participation.”
A Bermuda Under 16 Girls team have been invited to take part in a UEFA Tournament in April with Wade saying, “The Girls got this invite as a result of their performance in the CONCACAF Under 15 Tournament.”
“There is plenty of International football in 2020, Girls, and Youth Boys as well as the Men’s Senior National team all have a tournament coming up,” continued Wade.
“The end of season Awards and guest speaker are still in the works with the weekend schedule for end of April,” concluded Wade.
